Facebook is turning part of HQ into a vaccine

Facebook Inc. They said on Friday it would turn part of its headquarters in Menlo Park, California into a vaccination clinic for underperforming communities.

The Ravenswood Family Health Center, based in the low-income area of ​​East Palo Alto, will administer Covid-19 treatment. The social media giant also plans to provide transportation for residents looking for a gun to and from the Facebook site. Facebook employees will not be able to access the vaccine, according to a company spokesman.

“As more COVID-19 drugs spread across the country, we are finally seeing a glimmer of hope, which can grow for a long time if we continue to make progress,” Facebook Chief Executive Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg said in a post. “At Facebook, we are focused on doing our part to help people get vaccinated, especially those in communities where we do not get enough help.”

In January, Amazon.com Inc. has also announced that it will open its Seattle, Washington campus to hold pop-up clinics to provide vaccines.
