Bharti Airtel on Wednesday said it had been empowered by the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-IN) which would allow the chief telecommunications manager to provide cybersecurity solutions to government agencies.
With this empowerment, Airtel will be able to deliver its cybersecurity solutions to union and national governments and public sector structures, in addition to corporate clients, the statement said.
Airtel provides end-to-end security services to business customers under Airtel Secure, which combines Airtel’s robust network security with cutting-edge solutions delivered in global partnerships, he added.
As part of Airtel Secure, Airtel has established a state-of-the-art Security Center with advanced AI / ML tools to track and mitigate potential threats online.
The company said Airtel Secure has developed the most comprehensive solutions – from end-to-end protection, email protection to DDOS protection and more – in partnership with global leaders such as Cisco, Radware, VMWare and Pointpoint.
