Genesys strengthens strategic technology in geospatial testing & mapping

In recent months, thanks to the excellent support provided by the Government through various policy announcements, the geospatial industry is poised to develop rapidly. Genesys International Corporation Limited has always been at the forefront of providing advanced mapping, exploration and GIS technology in India and around the world.

Headquartered in Mumbai, the listed company has announced new additions to its advisory board. The appointment of internationally recognized industry experts at Genesys was made with a view to developing its business and technical capabilities as it begins to build its key map content programs.

The newly appointed advisory board includes internationally respected industry leaders, Paul Smith and Major General (Dr) B Nagarajan.

Paul Smith is a world-renowned geospatial leader. Experts in location-based technology and geo content from street view to satellite imagery. Mr. Paul interviewed and collaborated with some of the world’s leading organizations in web design, location search, housing, and customer roaming to name a few.

Major General (Dr) B Nagarajan has redefined the straightforward Indian datum based on geopotential numbers that fill more than 46,000 kilometers with a high precision production line and gravitational observations in just 2 years.

Commenting on the formation of the Advisory Board, Sajid Malik, CMD, Genesys International Corporation Limited said, “Welcome to Mr. Paul Smith and Major General (Dr) B Nagarajan as part of the Advisory Board.
